Ida Dalessandro-Felix is an Executive Coach who specializes in Organizational Development and Change. She is an accomplished private sector business leader with nearly 30 years of experience. Ida’s expertise prompted her to work in staff development and training on an international level presenting to thousands of individuals.

For 12 years, Ida developed and cultivated her own successful businesses.

Ida’s career began in management and supervision within internationally recognized companies, where she recruited, trained, and developed staff while continually exceeding operational goals and revenue projections.

Ida’s success propelled her launch several private sector businesses. During that time, Ida cultivated her expertise in marketing, branding, promotions, decision-making practices, personnel management, and organizational framework.

LIVING THE DREAM

Ida’s early experiences culminated in further education and executive leadership positions, and ultimately led her to pursue her dream of helping companies and employees across a diverse range of agencies and institutions to realize their greatest potential. From careful research and data analytics, to measurable action plans and conflict-resolution techniques, Ida guides leaders to strategically execute their goals and navigate the dynamics of an ever-changing business climate.

That’s why, today – Ida serves as an Executive Coach and Consultant, specializing in Individual and Organizational Change. Ida travels throughout the United States and Canada speaking to company leaders, teams, and individual business professionals to facilitate change from the top down.

Ida Dalessandro-Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Geneva College, and a Master of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Ida also holds advanced certifications in Behavioral Assessment Analysis, Executive Coaching, and Dynamic Leadership, in addition to her participation in local strategic planning initiatives and deep-rooted collaboration with business owners and outreach networks. Ida is currently working to develop and publish a Business Methodology and Change Model for organizations worldwide.
